Hi, I’m Christiana 👋
I’m a Postdoctoral Research Scholar in the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences at Michigan State University. I study how the atmosphere, land surface, and terrestrial biosphere interact as a coupled system — and how that coupling shapes risk to agriculture, water resources, and ecosystems as the climate changes. I work across regional-to-continental Earth system models (RegCM4, WRF, WRF-Hydro, CLM), CMIP6/CORDEX-CORE ensembles, and machine learning, with a geographic focus spanning West Africa and the continental United States.
